if it hasn't been obvious yet I kinda gave up on this year, small amount of participants plus I've been way too busy with puljuhommat (for non finns: volunteer crap I signed up for)

we can try again for christmas maybe, no promises unless forum activity really surges

right

santa is officially whatever you can fit in an envelope santa. this can be interpreted in various ways, as most countries' postal systems allow for sending 'maxi letters' or 'oversized letters', which can fit all kinds of fun stuff inside there.
if I hear of anyone receiving a glitter bomb or animal poop or something else un-holiday-like, the person responsible for it is banned from future events, etc etc.
try to give at least something like 5€ of value - when in doubt, send (non-melting) candy.

it looks like interest is at an all time low, so I'm thinking of doing card division exclusively - opinions on this? or would you prefer to have at least a small present part to it?

that's usually agreed upon later once we have a number of participants; previously the limit has been around 15€ so I'd account for around that
