reddit aside the point is to measure overall performance and the fact is a system without a SSD but with spectacular hardware otherwise is going to experience the most bottleneck from there in most applications.

Well, I guess 'destroyer' isn't too bad of a rating. I don't really a care about 'workstation', I don't do any of that so I don't need a CPU with multithreading.

Exactly! Thats how i feel too, im content with older or low hardware req games; they still are fun, but i feel horrible about how my computer compares to everyone elses. (And just knowing that your computer can run it easily when you buy a game would be nice  too...  Buying games is always such a gamble, the minimum reqs just aint reliable enough)
