Imo it looks worse. The text is supposed to be barely visible behind the glow effect. Now it looks like something you made with WordArt.

pretty bad at the moment to be quite honest
the text is barely readable, the tuuba is barely visible and it looks like a cringey mess all around (which I think may be the intended purpose here but it's currently bad cringe not good cringe)
