You could play Omori while you're depressed but you'll definitely need a book club/support group and/or professional help available to help cope with things.
If you do decide to play the game I would play it before it blows up on the internet like with Undertale. Aslo it's worth noting that Toby Fox made a single track on Omori's 179 track ost.
I had a nice quiet easter.
Meanwhile as far as games you may have heard of I played Omori recently.
Very very good.
Play it blind and make sure you're in good psych health before playing the warnings on the title screen are there for a reason.
As far as games you may not have heard of
I work at a grocery store so all I can do is wear my gloves/mask, drink lots of water and hope that people won't cough at my face :/
I've ended up getting a $2.00 an hour raise and 40-50ish hours a week so I'm very tired but doing well considering the circumstances. I do miss going to the local tabletop game store though.
One of the customers at the grocery store said that between the red sanitation shirt and white gloves I look like the Noid and I don't know how I feel about that.
cofe is the worst kind of hot drink tbh, immensely dehydrating headache risk that makes you poop weirdly
You can still get that with tea as well.
Most of the side effects can be mitigated with moderation.
Anyways coffee tastes good and wakes me up.
Also if we're talking about digestive system issues hot sauces like Dave's Insanity can cause the real problems.
Finland might have those beat I think; in Helsinki they've equipped a bunch of old ITG cabs with FSRs and you can hand set the sensitivity to your liking on those. I personally can't get any benefit out of it because I've been ruined by getting to feel my feet sink into the pad cobalt-style, but it's neat.
what the fuck is that "game mode" though
My pad has the sinking action too so...yeah.
That game mode uses a custom pad that utilizes analog sensors so you could have sdvx elements in your itg.
Anyways if you're thinking about getting a pad for stepmania not-itg is a lot of fun.
I'll probably be building a dancegaming pad of my own pretty soon, I recently got to try an ITG cab and I really didn't enjoy it. something about not sinking ever so slightly into the pad/not having the tactile feedback when you step really fucks with me
I'm really late with this but the devs who make notITG might be able to give you some handy tips for building a pad on their discord.
