Wow, another frequent user of r/watchpeopledie? I never thought we'd met! Watching the footage of people dying many times actually helped me. I now pay attention to the traffic more, and everytime I'm feeling down, I open up one of these footage of people dying and remind myself that life isn't that bad.

A complaint I have of r/watchpeopledie is that the editors for ISIS execution have way too many cuts and edits, it's like they're trying to do a really fucking poor Michael Bay action movie. Not that I can change anyway.

Eh, executions are my least favorite part of the sub. I mean, they're just so boring to watch. There's no emotion in the executions or suffering, it's just gore, which I think I'm already too desensitized to. They need to get a REALLY good angle to make executions interesting, at least the shot to the head ones.

Though, I remember seeing one execution that just consisted of dropping a heavy rock on the side of someone's skull, and the way he just bled out was actually pretty cool. I could try find it if you want.

I'll provide some examples:

there's this bad-ass scene of a Japanese communist senator assassinated by an ultra-nationalist with a katana

there's this darkly comedic way of executing criminals

there's this sad footage of a man's last kiss with his lover

Overall, watching people die isn't as bad as what it sounds like.

Apparently the victim, Inejiro Asanuma was the leader of the Japanese Socialist Party who's trying helping the...Chinese Communist Party in Mainland China when Taiwan(Republic of China) was the recognized "China".(Goddammit this Proxy better be secure, I don't want my ass in jail for speaking ill of our overseers), and he was killed by a nationalist(not an ultra-nationalist, sorry I messed up) on stage in a televised debate.

Here's a photo of the nationalist trying to stab the senator again.
