I'm a bit confused by that question so I don't really know what to answer but
one time I was walking with my friend and I suddenly sprained my ankle SO bad I couldn't walk for 4 days or so, my foot got all puffy and blue-purpleish...I didn't even bump into anything, it just suddenly dsfgjl5j6i5ygj itself

I have made music mostly with Amiga(protracker) and as well with c64(cyber tracker)
Then i moved on to dos programs and tried various trackers/programs but Scream Tracker made by Psi was my favorite.
Then after years went by i moved on to other programs such as renoise, ableton, fl studio, Buzztrax, Psycle, Schism tracker, MilkyTracker etc etc(cba to list all). Tho i quit making music about 2 years ago.

I regret not lifting and PE'ing properly when I was way younger. I feel super-weak, although the One-Punch Man training schedule is really helping as of now.
