I think the issue is that the fandom exists and just happens to be very vocal, not that there's necessarily comparatively better fandoms out there. That is, unless your idea of a good fandom is an obscure one.

I mean i understand Androsexual since that just means means you're into dudes but thats just redunant since it just means staight/gay (depending on context). Actually i could get behind using andro-/gyno-sexual over gay/straight if those terms wouldnt be so much longer. (cause it has advantages over the etablished therms: "My straight friend..." doesnt tell you who that friend is into w/o further context.)

All that other Tumblr lingo tho...
