there have been a lot of small exploits like this on steam and people never get banned. it only connect you to steam to change your flag persona, if you close the cmd your portrait and name goes back to normal, it's the same shit as using idle master or this kind of program and people never got banned for this

you don't even get banned for emulating and playing Rocket League online on your real account without even owning the game. and the game use steamworks
