Just looked up what mansplaining is and my first response was, "Do people really do that?". Wouldn't it be more practical to just create a hole on the costume? I don't think plugging something like that into butts and make sure the wearer is comfortable with it before moving around takes a short time. But I'm no expert on plugging things into butts so I might be wrong here.

Does it have to go into the butts? I'm assuming it would go into the skirt.
