I rarely draw now-a-days, but here you go. I tried to nail the perspective here, so tell me how good of a job I did on that. Also attempted at the painstaking task at drawing fingers, which I think I did well enough. Proportions, especially with hair-head and that area in general, is screwed up like always in one way or another. I can't get proportions correct for the life of me.

Take the time to construct your form. Draw lightly and lay out measurements for what space your subject will take on the paper, the position of important features, and the volume and orientation of each mass. Take note of how the body is put together under those clothes and look up reference material if you're not sure how thick to make the neck or how the hair goes on the head.
