Mobile Internet sucks at times, you cant get more than 30MB a day without a plan, after that you get really slow ass speeds.

Escape from Tarkov seems to be quite a nice game in development. Certain animations could be better and less annoying and some sounds need a bit more detail (I like it how when you sprint the sound is the sound of heavy boots stomping the ground) like shooting from inside a house and the gun sounds are those of the outside and the fact that you can't get deaf from shooting a bloody shotgun in a 5 square metre room that is sealed off. Makes perfect sense eh.

You need a certain balance between gameplay and realism, if you just go all in on realism you're gonna have a bad time.

Also active hearing protection is a thing.

I highly doubt that some Russian bum who randomly found himself there would have active hearing protection though, and the whole reason I brought that one up is because you have to check how much ammo you have, which is clearly intended to drive that concept of "realism", and then you have a guy throwing fucking grenades into houses and everything is gucci.

Now, I don't mind other games having no such features, but this one would benefit SO MUCH from having it. If you suddenly can't hear for shit, you'll find it tough to pinpoint that sneaky motherfucker in the bush next to that dirt road 150 metres away. Due to the game being set where it is, having such a feature would only improve the gameplay balance and immerse you more into it. It's nothing big, really, you can agree on that.
