unofficial wills p much don't count unless you wrote it in actual peril (so like a plane crash or a sinking ship)
or unless you make a home will with several friends as witnesses (this might not actually work in murica)

I actually haven't been doing anything different...
I haven't been drinking anything except the occasional wine for dinner, but I've always had a cup of red wine for dinner. I haven't been doing anything drug wise except smoking but I smoke weed like three times a week so it's not new.
I don't even think it's anything I've eaten because my diet is very straightforward;

I also cannot see a doctor because hurr durr no free healthcare.

And the way an official will works here in America is that it's not applicable to anything if it doesn't go through with an attorney who can confirm that it's written BY you.

yeah the rule here is that when you write one alone with your witnesses then it is only valid for a year and you need to do it over again every time it expires
your courts have accepted wills written in extraordinary cases tho, I'm pretty sure I read about like people who died in a plane in 9/11 who wrote a will on a napkin and it was counted

Stress would probably explain it properly. But idk, I don't feel stressed. My body probably feels super threatened, for no reason at all, and this has happened to me before but not over a period of two weeks like this.

you don't have to feel the stress to feel the influence it has on your body if you're under it for too long. whatever you do you should take it easy, you should also have a proper sleeping schedule as well. if you eat at random hours try to monitor that too and eat somewhat decently. it's absolute trash but you'll be oke
