tfw you're having honourable duels down at Sulyvahn's backyard and that one guy takes a sip from the forbidden orange juice, kills you and proceeds to perform derogatory gestures like the clapping one as if they were good or something, because clearly I'm a scrub if I refuse to drink estus during an honourable duel right?
Thats why I don't bother with the "muh honorable duel" bullshit pvp, summons as a Darkmoon are 5/5 best pvp shit when they happen. No rules, no honor bullshit, just kill the other player using any method you can.
I came across one guy at Pontiff Sulyvahn's who literally used every buff known to mankind before starting the duel. I literally sat there for like nearly a minute while this guy was munching on every single weed available in the game; buffing his weapon; buffing his shield; buffing himself; deep protection, power within, you name it, until eventually ending with a green blossom because he took so long buffing that the green blossom he took before had already ran out. Then there's me just sitting there with Tears of Denial and a green blossom in hand that I decide to not use and the fight itself ends under 10 seconds of me getting him into a Black Knight Halberd combo.

Speaking of Black knight Halberd, this shit is so fucking good, and fun. My most favourite weapon now, it has such a massive moveset. I'm really liking halberds now since they're not gimp like they used to be in DS1 and more similar to how they were in Demon Souls. BKH and Dragonslayer Swordspear are my favourites even though the latter is classed as a spear, two handing gives it the moveset of a halberd.
You only like it because it's easy to win duels with due to all that range.

It's easy as hell to parry though so you can't go in doing the same thing over and over again, the opportunity cost of having range. Ultra great swords in the meanwhile can't be parried at all as long as you dead angle ; Lorian's great sword and the Astora great sword are my favourites, mainly the ultra great swords with horizontal 2 hand R1s. Normal great swords seem lackluster in this game; they're slower, they're 2 hand R1s are easily parriable and can't be dead angled and they can't stunlock people like the did in the original because of the new mechanic where you can parry or roll after the 2nd R1 hit of any weapon.

Ultra greatswords can't be parried at all if you 2hand them (with the exception of the rolling r1 which still can be parried).

Found out sort of accidentally when zertap had a hard time parrying me when dueling and then we went out to test pretty much everything that parries if it could parry the zweihander. 1 handed was parriable, but as soon as you 2hand the thing you can only parryblock it.

Took about 6 hours to farm 20 proofs of a concord kept......
with gold serpent ring +2 and symbol of avarice + rusted coin.
About 400 item discovery....
Oh well. Got 100% achievements after 130 hours of playtime on the character :V

With 60 Faith and a +10 Yorshka's Chime, Darkmoon Blade adds 235 damage to any weapon.

Making a completely new PvP character because I want permanent 99 hollowing. My PvP character right now only has 5 hollowing and I can't really get any dark sigils because my character's already sl120.

Farron Keep bonfire, if you go outside then head right, along the wall there's a part where you can just go through and phase outside of the map.

Well, me and an invader had a good 20 mins of just staring each other down. He was up by the Sulyvahn fog gate and I was down below. I didn't want to make the journey up just to die since I was having trouble with pve using the warden's twinblades so I sat down and waited for him, but he was stubborn and decided to sit down where he was too. 20 mins pass, we wave goodbye and he black crystals out.
I ran into him again in Anor Londo and we settled it with a Caestus fight.
