Thing is, no one gave a raging fuck about mods there being shit at English. For example, Stefan, an Austrian Serb, is a global mod there and he has NO FUCKING CLUE about the language he speaks. I mean, I'm shit myself, yes, but his English is just........... no.
There are plenty, and I mean PLENTY of other mods who just can't make a proper basic sentence, let alone lead a conversation about any non-Osu related topic.
Peppu probably hired them because they fell in love with him and do shit for free + are loyal.
