Well hopefully we can at least prove some people wrong by showing that democracy CAN get things done.

Anyway I got started

For shitty arab song I got a bpm of 104.8 and offset of 547. It sounds fine to me.

That was the first shorter one until we finalize what we're doing.

Also b1rd what I've seen done before is the leader dude chooses sections of the songs themselves and the collaberators choose which sections they want

Because if everyone just chooses a specific time they exactly want the whole thing could become a mess.

I don't think we need to be too strict about that sort of thing. It would be easier if people pick what parts of the song they want to map we can then allocate the rest. Instead of me dividing up all the sections and then someone complaining 'I don't want to map 2:25-3:02, I want to map from 2:40 to 3:51' or whatever.

I think a marathon map sounds good. We can't miss out on the cirno. We just need someone to combine the audios.

For the Kerrih song I'm getting 118.415 bpm and 8353 offset.

Im pretty sure all/almost all votes on nasheed were "ironical shitpo- err voting".

In all honesty, i've no fucking idea how to time OR map a purely vocals song.

It seems perfectly mappable and timeable from what I've tested. I would have preferred something less ironic but this is still viable and it seems to be what most people want.

It'd be nice if people were a little more proactive though.

I've given it a day and people seem to be happy with the nasheed thing so we continue as planned

I'll get on looking at that in a bit, B1rd.

Also b1rd you know you can export the file as an osu beatmap file without submitting it right? I'd recommend you do that instead

It's pretty RIP at the moment. No one seems to want to map it. I'd like to be more proactive but I'm a shit mapper so I can't do much myself.
