So, I was just casually browsing S-Nero pics that I could drool on, minding my own business, and then this shit comes up.
What the fucking shit??? Who the fuck thought it would be a good idea to give a slut (an extremely fucking ugly-looking one at that) a costume and take pics of it. Jesus Christ I think I got AIDS just by looking at it.

What's the name of that guy that gets a girl to cosplay practically every relevant female character only to fuck her on camera and release the footage like sprinkling salt over scorched earth?
I bring this to your attention to remind you how weird cosplayers can be

...............since when is Bird a mod here? Wat. You dare edit my posts you little shit. :V
But that's the thing, I don't care if she wants to be a slut on camera, but I do care when she's THAT goddamn ugly. It's not like you can't find a good-looking woman in your general area... there are MILLIONS of them and I'm SURE that for some money, at least ONE will agree to take some pics (lewd or not). It doesn't have to be some nerdy girl that looks like a guy who put 9 kilos of makeup on his face to hide his pimples.

I mean, that's a pretty relative term there, man. I'm sure whoever decided to make it thought it was good enough for uh... whatever it is they wanted to do. To be honest, I'm surprised your only issue with those pictures is just a simple matter of taste.

She's not even ugly though.

There is a metric fuckton of things wrong with those pics (and trust me, there's a whole gallery filled with that shit), but I'll have to respectfully disagree with you on the part where you say it's relative.
Yes, for the most part you cannot judge someone simply because it's your subjective opinion, BUT there are some things that are common to every beautiful woman (and are thus completely up for a discussion), and 9 kilos of makeup that make your face look like you just finished plastic surgery as a guy, simply isn't viable for you to say it's just my subjective opinion on that matter.

Listen man
I can't even bring myself to look at those pictures long enough to tell you if she's ugly or not, but they were definitely made under standards you're not particularly familiar or comfortable with. Some people dig the makeup; maybe they are just brought up looking at women that wear that on their face all day. I don't really know, but feeling strongly about it isn't going to give it any more weight as an absolute.

Since when do you have to be familiar with those kind of standards to point out the things that are wrong? I don't remember needing to research into weeb/nerd "art" (Jesus I want to cringe my soul out for even mentioning that word in this particular situation) in order to comment on how ugly the whole setting is.
I simply have no idea where you're trying to lead this discussion.

You are so self-important you think your subjective tastes should be the objective measure. Cosplayers should wear lots of makeup, their goal is to look at much like the character they are portraying as possible, and the anime character does not have blemishes, pimples, uneven skin tones et cetera.

Please reread the posts before trying to claim that I'm imposing my own taste on you (poor little bugger, I'm so sorry I hurt your feelings).
Instead of trying to bash, how about you produce a valid counter-argument? If looking like that was objectively a mark of beauty, you'd see the majority of women trying to emulate it. Now, do you see women passing you on the street looking like that, or did you not exit your house in the last 10 years?
My thoughts usually differentiate from the standard when it comes to beauty, but in this case I'm more than sure that they match perfectly.
On the topic of her needing to put as much makeup as possible to match an animu character - yeah no. The sole reason animu characters don't have natural skin is the budget constraints of the studios animating it, not because it's a style. If you put some shit that made your eyes look 10 times bigger, THAT would be out of style, but trying to match and mimic the skin of a character is silly to say the least.

Don't accuse me of bashing when you're the one always going on these rants about insignificant things and then bashing everyone who has a different opinion and saying they're wrong, it gets a bit tiring.
No you don't see a lot of women like that, but that's because most women aren't going to plaster on so much makeup just to go about their daily affairs. If you look at movie stars in movies, or celebrities going to some event they will always use heaps of makeup. And that's because most people find women with makeup more attractive than women without makeup. If I look at the picture her skin looks white and smooth, perfect. I don't see how that is unattractive. Personally I don't care for women who always wear tons of makeup because it's fake, but I appreciate it in this instance because it shows the cosplayer was going to a lot of effort to look as perfect as possible to mimic their character.
Yes, anime is a style. Even with the biggest budget in the world you can bet that they would give their characters smooth and white skin. And when you're a cosplayer, your goal is not to look like an ordinary human, but to look like a perfect representation of the character you are impersonating.
