actually, let me rephrase it
Nintendo's capability of making BIG titles from small things knows no boundaries

Nintendo is just feeding off its past glory. It's a mere shell of what it used to be, considering the fact that some of the games they put their name on held 80+ percent of the market of that genre. Nowadays, Nintendo is struggling to even keep the monopoly, let alone completely crush all opposition.

The new games probably have this one version has like 6 pokes the other dont and vice versa as gimmick again.
So people buy both versions in order to access the post game content. Money grabbing at its finest.
Life is like a box of chocolates.

What Nintendo lacks is innovation, and when they do try to innovate, it falls short. They try to bring in new shit like the Wii or Wii-U but gamers don't want that. Consumers don't want a stupid gimmick, they want what they came for, games, and that is the aspect Nintendo fails to advance.

The Wii is one of the bestselling games consoles of all time, and Nintendo owns the only consoles with worthwhile exclusives. They're probably the best console gaming company there is

Depends entirely on who you ask, though it is a pretty spot on console for the casual gamer.
Out of the current generation I would only buy PS4 and only because of Bloodborne.
And it's the only one with a controller that I don't hate.

The most efficient way to get a very wide coverage of games you can play is to have a PC + Nintendo console. Then it's a simple choice between Wii U and 3DS based on whether you see yourself at home or moving around more.
I haven't heard a Sony/MS exclusive I've really wanted since the PS2 days...
That said yeah there are people who won't like Nintendo games and that's cool too but in that case you should probably be owning a PC for games instead of other consoles because reasons.

But Nintendo is among the 1st enterprises who made it to 3D vision games, you have to give them credit for that. and not just because of 3DS
