Never really got into combat in ED, just exploring as soon as I had traded me enough money to deck an Adder. Need to grind up the dosh for an Anaconda before the multi-crew update comes out tho, going to the galactic core with my flatmate at that point.

I haven't taken many screenshots of shit in ED lately but here's some Space Engine ones as if someone cares

Definitely also looking forward to how No Man's Sky will turn out, I'm just a bit sceptical since they haven't really said many real things about it, from what I've seen. Just marketing bollocks.

Bought an Imperial Courier to do some bounty hunting, loving this ship so far.
Did accidentally put a bit too much on it though, overloaded the powerplant in my first fight just by deploying my weaponry and immediately had everything shut down. Thankfully it was an easy fight even though the NPC pirate had enough time to take me down to 86% hull before I got my shit together.

bounty hunting is the only thing i do, i use a fully upgraded viper mkiv

first player i met on an asteroid belt, we killed 2 anaconda and some other ships together then he tried to kill me for no reason smith

so i had to get out like a little bitch cause he had a fer-de-lance

so i tried this "arena" game mode in elite dangerous, it's the first time i play this mode so i was rank 1 and had to use a shitty ship (to unlock ships you have to get ranks)

i was matched with people using the last rank ship, i literally got 3 shot by the first guy i encountered, 2 shots for the shield, 1 for the armor

i left after that, 10/10 would play on this shitty game mode with retarded matchmaking again

i feel sad for the people who bought the arena standalone version of the game

Yeah, it's not very great. The game's playerbase is small as is, and an even smaller fraction of it actually plays the arena mode, so there's not many players around the same region of the world playing in a particular skill level. Not ideal.
