Bird give me a reason why discrimination based on gender, race or ethnicity should be legal and is good, please? I want your insight on that topic.

Discrimination based on a persons crimes and wrongdoing i can understand but i dont want none of this "might do" or "more likely to". Judge a person on what they actually have done, not what you're afraid of.

I never even knew the term mansplaining until this page and I think its existence is outrageous. Besides, who cares if Notch is a millionaire or not. It has nothing to do with sexism. He has every right to stand up for his rights if he's being attacked solely for his sex. If a rich woman billionaire did the same, are we going to shame her for her socioeconomic status? It's not like this is a new thing, Sargon of Akkad and a million other youtube channels have been doing this for years, spending thousands of hours dissecting everything feminists do. But all you're really doing is preaching to the choir because feminists aren't interested in logic. These liberals fail to see the bigger picture, feminism isn't the problem, it is a symptom of a much larger problem in society.

I'm sick of this mentality of 'this sounds like a good idea, so let's make it law and persecute anyone who doesn't follow it!'. You know what laws are? They're the threat of force. When you make an anti-discrimination law, you're basically holding a gun to someone's head and telling them who they must hire. If you don't follow a law, you will be taken by force and incarcerated against your will, or your property stolen, et cetera. Now let's go into some points why this is a bad law:

1: It's their business, so why shouldn't they be able to hire who they like?
They created the business with their blood, sweat, and tears; they are the wealth creators, they don't owe society anything, so why should they be forced to hire people who they don't want to? Do you think it's fair that a Christian couple was put out of business because they wouldn't make a cake for a gay couple?

2: Discrimination doesn't exist in the free market on a large scale.
The free market cares about money, not race or religion or ethnicity. I guarantee you the large majority of businesses won't discrimination based on arbitrary reasons, they will hire the best person. If one business discriminates on arbitrary reasons, they are missing out, and their competitors will get that person. Not to mention, you're free to boycott any company if you don't like them for whatever reason.

3: Discrimination is good to keep out undesirable people.
The reason you have hordes of muslims over running Europe. This can only happen because the government is forcing the reallocation of resources to Muslims, and forcing people not to discriminate against them. In a free society when you have undesirable people going about and raping children and such, you economically ostracise them, forcing them to self-deport.

4: You don't get to decide the law.
When you accept the premise that the government can dictate who businesses can hire, you don't get to write the law. You will get demographic quotas and affirmative action, because the majority of people are women and non-whites who will largely vote for their own self interest.

Just looked up what mansplaining is and my first response was, "Do people really do that?". Explaining things out of nowhere and assuming that you have more knowledge on the subject than the person you barely know is just weird. I don't care if you're a man or a woman, it's just weird.
