Well, tuuba as a community is already based on people escaping said idiots and letting such people turn this into the shitholes we already escaped would be quite stupid. And the moderation linings should go among said goals too

New users either have something worthwhile to contribute and they feel a connection to the other people on the forums, thus integrating as a part of the community, or they quickly realize their interests conflict with the general interests of the community and they don't feel like this place is the place for them and they leave on their own.

Then you have the trash boats of the world that neither are the former nor have the intelligence to act like the latter.
