OK, let me break down this statement:
You made a comment that maybe offended enet/IppE, that incited a retort, and you pride yourself on being blocked by someone else, you are either:
I. An "ends-justify-means" activtist that wants to see the block option used, or user get banned, so you could be the forerunner of such events.
II. or a poster who is not offended by other people's responses and just wants to be
i) posting freely
ii) left alone
Either way, you must have a lot of courage to say something like that.

Don't use “thought” verbs too much: thinks, understands, loves, hates, and a hundred others. Instead of characters knowing, present the details that allow the reader to know them. Instead of a character wanting something, describe the thing so that the reader wants it. Only specific sensory detail: smell, taste, and sound.

There's really no need to block someone, unless all they have to say is uncontributing and in general just trying to fuck with everyone else.
And such cases should just be treated through moderation. Like IppE said, ignorance is bliss and everyone should be able to do that

Well, you see, I come here for a few people that I don't have on other things such as Skype and I very much like reading their posts, but then there are people who I'd rather expunge and sadly can't possibly ignore if I see them posting every day. Same goes for my posts.
Now, the block feature was something I jokingly brought up, but then it turned into IppE being a dick and telling me to do it myself, as he apparently forgot that we already discussed it once before and concluded that it can't be done.
