get rid of the posting restrictions

stuff like 'you cannon post this because 'quote' doesn't have a '/quote'. It's annoying as it stops you from even previewing your post.

Lazyness/typos. Derp'd when cutting out someones quote.

Speaking of which, can we have the quote function automatically remove nested quotes beyond 2 quotes?

And i guess when you post, missing closing tags should just be added at the end of the post (when you post) rather than perventing posting.

When you have to cut up a big text block with multiple quotes to reply to. Basically any time you stuff up BB codes through editing. I don't know how it's possible you've never done it.
