Maybe they did it that way because it was pretty challenging for new players to get at least Challenger Rank.

I would also try building a computer as well if you have not already done so.
It's not not hard if you follow online instructions, carefully read the manuals, and take your time during the building process.
You might be able to land a solid full-time job installing servers or something if you do so.

Server installation requires a bit more than just "I can do the expensive legos me" expertise.
Yes but it provides a good foundation that can be built on.
I also have a feeling many people are unwilling/unable to work with the complicated expensive legos so being able to build a computer might be a skill some companies look for.
