I think mascarpone cream is genuinely one of the most genius things to ever exist, shit's so easy to make it's lowkey embarrassing, pipes beautifully & tastes GOOD. while buttercream is superior texture and look-wise, it tastes like ass. tried once where the amount of butter is cut with chocolate, still tastes wayy too sweet. tldr big ass.
