So ideas were thrown around and a conclusion was made that if we are going to have a banner, why not have a bunch of banners.
So without further ado, if you want to make a banner for the forum, now you can.
Requirements:
Dimensions are to be exactly 945x200
Preferrably PNG
No R18 things
At least vaguely related to the forum
Submitted banners that do meet these requirements will be added to banner rotation when banner rotation is implemented (ETA: soon™)

Game art and silly posts threads kind of make sense since they've had splits that apparently break a lot of things (though zertap fixed the silly posts thread and I've never experienced hiccups with the game art thread)
