True to an extent, although the most powerful class in the game, if you hit every single shot that is, is Sniper, which is also the most common class cheaters use (now that heavy no-spread hacks are fixed).
Thank god most cheaters are actually horrible at the game, and their shit positioning makes them easy to kill even if they can hit 100% of their shots.
