I think removing ITT has the opposite effect that you are looking for. At least I personally only check that thread, if it gets removed i'll just stop checking the forum altogether because the only thread i was reading is gone and i cba to check all the other threads if there is anything of value hidden in there.
Like sure, maybe in short term it will increase the amount of new threads, but will it really increase activity?
As for deleting necro thread, why? Same story as ITT, if you remove it those people aren't suddenly going to post in other sections of the forum. You're just giving them another reason to not go visit the forum.

Sooooooo... I finally find myself in need of a screenshot uploader like puush again, however puush isnt puush anymore but shareX and points the upload destination at its website. What the crap?
Unfortunatively, this shareX comes with a bunch of bells and whistles and id much rather have something that only uploads and does nothing else at all, what puush used to be.
Anyone know of any alternative?

I can understand that, I can not understand waiting four months to complain and then instead of trying to actually sort things out, turning around and trying to sell it

He waited for 4 months because he was told the region lock would go away then, nothing wrong there. I do agree that not contacting you and trying to sell it was a bad idea tho.
