No one knows how to anything in regards to women's physiology and health it's pretty fucking horrendous how much knowledge seems to just be intended for men.

Also what does it mean when the bra I was wearing wants to constantly ride up my back while I'm moving about? I think it means it was getting too small but I'm not sure.
