Depends on how you view it:

TRP is the kind of organized psychopath that looks like he's pretty professional and reliable, but will not hesitate to back stab you or spread disinformation to deceive you. They did a pretty good impression of being a self help website for men, but deep down TRP is misogynistic and sexist, and who knows what advices TRP gives are good or not.

r9k is a NEET that probably secretly lives in a locked compartment of his parents' basement that swims in a sea of self-pity and inability. Outside of the internet, they're mostly harmless.

If you're measuring people by their degree of refinement, TRP is the better among the two here.

I can't blame the security officers inside the building. They don't even let a single bobby pin pass through the machine. The problem is the security outside doing absolutely nothing because they think the inside ones will do the job anyway. That's how that terrorist made it to the entrance. Like oh my god, you can not even suspect a man carrying a fucking AK-47. How could a man be this stupid? I agree you on that.

I've not yet had the chance to visit Istanbul so I can't say I know how the airport works, but it sure as fuck is someone's fault, because you can't just walk in on one of the biggest airports in Europe with weapons and bombs without SOMEONE noticing you, ESPECIALLY since Turkey got attacked by terrorists multiple times in the recent past.
Those poor people got robbed of their lives not by the terrorists, but by the security that failed. If the ones outside did their job like they were supposed to do (like you said), no one would've been hurt, or at least not as many as they were.
