So how is Vector Thrust as a game? Is Mostly Positive only coming from butthurt Ace Combat players or does it actually have some flaws?

Keyboard controls are meh, you're going to want a controller for it.
Haven't played the campaign or multiplayer myself, but skirmish works just fine.
The plane unlock system is kind of tedious and I just unlocked them by "cheating".
