We have the same thing in Australia. Only difference is they don't block as many sites.

For now, you'll have to change the number in the url to the topic id you want to see.
I know the names are overlapping, but there was a bug with the graphing library I'm using and I cba to figure my way around it.

I want to complain about the names being unreadable, but it's probably because of user with long name like me.

I mean, could you just a simple listing for post counts instead of graphs? I mean, either it becomes a long graph, or then it just becomes a simple list
