I installed Diplomacy just before I stormed Wercheg, and I've been using a mod to respec companions. Otherwise vanilla, difficult at 100%.
Yep, King Ragnar is chillin' at my capital too. To be fair they were a bit worse for wear before I invaded. I'm gonna have fun assembling the Imperial Army and facing off against a full-strength enemy nation.
