Why not nap several times a day like me

I prefer sleeping during the night, helps keeping with some kind of rhythm so when I go out I don't need to be sleep deprived coz I didn't have my several naps in some bush

Re: ITT: Pretend we are still writing in osu! OT

If I take a nap at night for 1-2 hours, then I need to be doing shit until the evening I doubt I'd stay awake compared to sleeping 6-8h during the night.

Sounds really inconvenient to me. I mean, what are the benefits even?

You don't have to complain about not being able to set aside and not get 8 hours at night. my major nap is like 4 hours then I have other ahorter naps

Your major nap is only 2hour shorter than my minimum full night sleep that I can stay awake for 18+hours

I thought this was complaining about not getting enough sleep

Lacking 1 hour of my minimum regular sleep isn't really that massive as I stated in the same post. Guess you missed it then

I used to sleep 9-12h/night, which gradually dropped to 6-8h/night. I wonder if it's gonna drop even lower

Nowhere does it say that here. It sounded to me like "HAha I used to sleep a good amount but now it dropped a few hours and shit I slept even less last night than the little I was getting recently"

Re: ITT: Pretend we are still writing in osu! OT

It's rather that the older I become, the less sleep I require per night. 9-12h wasn't really a good time to sleep, since a fuckup on sleeping schedule was really hard to reverse. 6-8h is way better and I still get enough rest to not feel tired for the day. And I'm kinda wondering if it's gonna drop below that even at some point

I don't even feel rested with 8 hours of sleep anymore.

I need like 8h to even wake up without violent methods, 10h is decent and 12+ hours happens quite often

5-8 hours ideal for me, though I end up staying in bed for 3 hours doing nothing because my bed is so warm I just don't want to get up.
