This is really really stupid.

I've seen many examples of it, so it goes like this:

>as you can see, everyone shoots in the air
>someone dies somewhere, but even they don't know whose gun it was
>cops arrive
>cops also don't know who shot them because you know, a shit load of people were shooting around earlier therefore noone talks about it
>cops somehow arrest a couple of people randomly
>they give loadsamoney and treat cops to an expensive dinner
>they are free now
>case solved
>allah akbar

This shit doesn't happen in the city that often though, it mostly happens around eastern villages or very small towns.
