I've just started on a paleo-ish diet (mainly grass-fed beef, organic meat and vegetables), and I feel a lot better. I realise this is what I have been missing out on whilst living on my own and being lazy: having a good meal of meat and veggies at the end of the day.

I see nothing flashing there.
There are some transitional frames that have a weird colouring to them,
the artist probably used the "Difference" layer mode on all layers.
Not sure if piru meant that.
