Sort of but I was thinking of servers with a password posted on the steam group so we could get the right ratio of circlejerks and randos.

Do we even have enough people who actually play any single game regularly enough to justify the cost of getting a server though

Probably depends on the server.
If traffic is limited it could probably run as a side program on a mods computer or something.
They probably don't have to worry about 100% uptime if it's small enough.
I'm not entirely familiar with this sort of thing though.

I am still wondering if it was Brian who edited my "What do you think about Loctav" post in surveys. I would be more surprised if he was the one who deleted it. That perfectly fine post got mutilated then thrown into the depths of hell!!!
