I loved the Genocide run, especially the fact that it permanently (well, unless you delete a file and add another) fucks up your Pacifist run, which I wouldn't call a Pacifist run because it's basically an extended part of the Genocide run.
So yeah, for maximum enjoyment, do Neutral run first (like every normal guy who's ever played an RPG), then Pacifist, then Genocide and then Pacifist again, because only then will you have completed the whole story... but yeah, fuck that shit, can't be arsed doing the same shit over and over again, especially the Pacifist run where I have to spare creatures that I'd much rather end rightly.
