SO, DAS PLANNING TIME

Website and related services (like websites and websites) will remain in canadistan for the time being.
France server gets TS and MC server (europoors get better pings, fuck amerifats toast )
At some later date, website things will be moved to france as well.
We might want to get a less mad server, but that depends on availability.
