Ehh 1.9 is so messed up with the changes they introduced. 1.8 too. Lets play on 1.7.9?
We did yesterday's playtest with 1.8.9, so we'll use that (I'm assuming server and client versions need to match).

Current (default?) cap is 20, this can most likely be changed, as we have a server basically dedicated to just minecraft for now.
As for the what to do, I don't mind people sodding off doing their own thing but I wouldn't wait for people to bother making sacrifices to bring them back either in that case.
