Nevermind, it's not directly the server's fault, it's the connection between me and the server that's fucked up.

I pinged megumin.tuuba.moe for 160 packets and it had a 25% packet loss, whilst the average ms is 31.
Meanwhile, I pinged various sites for the same amount and it had a perfect score, 0% packet loss.

Well it's very funny how EVERY other site is fine including every other game server, but the tuuba forum and tuuba MC are being fucked up on my side. They aren't even hosted on the same damn continent, lol.

Well I ran some more tests and my DL and UL speed seem to be fine in EVERY country except for France. I tested the speed on about 8 places in France and I had a pretty standard UL speed, but my DL speed tanked to 0.09 Mbps.

That's some major shit right there.... it's like I'm being embargoed by France and France only. :V
