If I modded anything it would become a hostile place for any immature mongrel, which is 99.9% of everyone on the Internet forums anyways, so I don't think I'd make a good mod in any way - not for weeb communities, at least.

No, Color's moderation wouldn't be much better than what Stefan was doing just a little while ago. The guy cares, but his Nazi moderation only works in the short run, makes the place look even worse, drives away any new users, and gives shitposters a giggle as well as recognition. I can tell you this by first-hand experience. Color thinks he's more of a janitor than a moderator, so I can't particularly blame him either.
Stefan was applying a similar practice and now you have people like roshan becoming popular and eating bricks is the norm
Serbia would probably nuke everything in sight and I wouldnt want him to deal with that much of a workload
Stefan is already doing a better job, but its hard to tell since there's still a a lot of eat a brick and locked threads floating around. Give him some time.

That sounds an awful lot like the SA forums.
I think those forums still have much more aggressive moderation than free forums as far as I can tell.
I would not take my word as fact as I still have not made the commitment to make an account there.
Edit: SA is Something Awful. Don't want anyone to be confused.
