I'm sick of this mentality of 'this sounds like a good idea, so let's make it law and persecute anyone who doesn't follow it!'. You know what laws are? They're the threat of force. When you make an anti-discrimination law, you're basically holding a gun to someone's head and telling them who they must hire. If you don't follow a law, you will be taken by force and incarcerated against your will, or your property stolen, et cetera. Now let's go into some points why this is a bad law:
1: It's their business, so why shouldn't they be able to hire who they like?
They created the business with their blood, sweat, and tears; they are the wealth creators, they don't owe society anything, so why should they be forced to hire people who they don't want to? Do you think it's fair that a Christian couple was put out of business because they wouldn't make a cake for a gay couple?
2: Discrimination doesn't exist in the free market on a large scale.
The free market cares about money, not race or religion or ethnicity. I guarantee you the large majority of businesses won't discrimination based on arbitrary reasons, they will hire the best person. If one business discriminates on arbitrary reasons, they are missing out, and their competitors will get that person. Not to mention, you're free to boycott any company if you don't like them for whatever reason.
3: Discrimination is good to keep out undesirable people.
The reason you have hordes of muslims over running Europe. This can only happen because the government is forcing the reallocation of resources to Muslims, and forcing people not to discriminate against them. In a free society when you have undesirable people going about and raping children and such, you economically ostracise them, forcing them to self-deport.
4: You don't get to decide the law.
When you accept the premise that the government can dictate who businesses can hire, you don't get to write the law. You will get demographic quotas and affirmative action, because the majority of people are women and non-whites who will largely vote for their own self interest.

Laws are nothing but mere rules. Imagine a board game, you read its rules. WOW DID THE BOARDGAME JUST SLAP YOU ACROSS THE FACE? Or threaten to i guess.
This is ridiculous. I dont get your mindset here at all, seriously. Yes laws limit your personal freedom, but they're there so things go orderly and smoothly. If you play a boardsgame you wouldnt want one of the ppls you play with to ignore how the game works and just say "I win because i say so." And i HIGHLY doubt you or anyone is holding a gun to his head so he doesnt do that. If you do, dear god please get help.

You know why we have better healthcare, better food and better education and waste less money to corruption and inefficency here in germany? Because we have laws that protect the consumer, make corruption difficult and streamline processes. In the US companies are pretty much able to do as they please and you see how it goes, literal poisons in the food because its cheap to give your cattle cancer so they bloat up so you can sell even more meat per cow. Yeah, they're not as free as here, but because it they make much better quality foods.

But then okay, let say everyone should be free to do as they want.

In a world without laws and enforcement, theres only one thing above all: "Might makes right.". Its what dictators use to sit on the throne and make everyone else not free. Do you want that?

1. They're free to hire who they want to, just not ostracite people based on these factors that frankly have nothing to do with work ability or anything. (At least thats how it should be.) Lets say you're a personal manager and you have 2 applications: One from your averange white person, and then one who is just as averange but gay, looking at the applications you can tell both are about equal in ability. And i ask you, why is it that the gay one gets told "We dont hire faggots." and not even considered? Why is this good?
To come back to your question: No i dont find it fair, being put out of business is far too harsh of a punishment for this kind of offense, more for fraud. More apporative would be a fine. Counter question: Is it fair that the gay couple has to celebrate marriage without the cake just because they're gay? Or drive to the next city just to get some damn cake? Potentially to just get told again "We dont serve faggots?". I dont think so.

2. Ohhhh yeah. Of course. But why is that? Mostly because discrimination isnt as prevalent today, in general. Leeeetsss turn the time back a bit. A couple tens of years. Its around 1940. Make no mistake, back then the market was free too, just that pretty much anything from other ethnicities was hated and ostracited.

Why shoud we allow this kinda thing to happen again? Or even encourage? This kinda stuff happens when discrimination becomes very prevalent and popular. Nazis werent the only ones to do it, they're just the "worst" ones.

3. Cmon, i asked you to explain to me why discrimination is good without using inherently discriminatory reasons. Dont boot off all muslims, but criminal muslims. Criminals in general, dont mind the muslim part. And of course those that dont intregrate...
Germany actually started doing that: We have severly decreased the aids immigrants recive at first, those that intregrate gain more and more aids up until they reach a geniue citizen status, and those that dont and fail intregration goals recive more and more penalties until they eventually get shunted off.

4. Yes. Yes you do. You totally do. The previous thing i mentioned (the variable aid basing on a immigrants intregration willingness) happened because voices against immigration got loud (AfD boomed, i posted about it in the news section, but more importantly, the faction responsible for the "we take ANYONE in" stance dropped like a stone in water), but they still werent majority. But of course, thats another thing murica, the land of freedoom cant get right. Get your shit together america.

That certainly isnt true in germany. White is the majority in germany and im pretty sure its like that for most of the western nations. Dunno about the m/f ratio, but if its the majority female, then its not by a anywhere near significant margin.

Oh right, you weren't here when I was crying like a bitch about how I'm dying from chest pains. :V
Basically it boils down to me having had pains in the chest akin to giving birth (try blacking out 3 times in the space of an hour), and there was nothing wrong with neither my blood, nor heart, nor the lungs, so it probably had something to do with the liver or potentially more than just one organ.

I'm saying "had" because the last time it happened was around December - almost half a year ago, however that doesn't mean whatever caused it can't still be there or was a sign of something worse, but I seriously can't be bothered going to 6 more doctors to find it.

Akin to giving birth? That sounds like hell. Did you have the chance to get an MRI scan though? if so, I'm surprised your doctors weren't able to find anything. The chest in the pain could be anything, unfortunately. I hope you'll have enough painkillers in case it will happen again, but I'll knock on wood.

I did have a chance but I was far too scared of anything at the time to even consider doing any check-ups. It's embarrassing to say that as a guy, but I was scared shitless. The pain itself wasn't the big problem here, I've endured worse, but the feeling of having a truck sitting on your chest and making you unable to breathe in was horrendous. If I had to describe it, I'd say it's like constantly drowning (that whole ordeal lasted anywhere from 1 to 3 hours) whilst someone is burning your insides. You pray to all the gods that you just fall asleep or black out as soon as possible, but most of the time you just have to endure it.
Ugh, my guts hurt the moment I remember those experiences.

Anyways, it's hopefully over now, and thanks for caring about my well-being.
