But to actually contribute for once; I'm reading Dante's Divine Comedy atm. and I'm actually enjoying it a lot. I hope this is the start of me actually being able to garnish the motivation to start Goethe's Faust and Virgil's Aeneid as I've been wanting to read those for ages. But motivation is a sumptuous slut and I'll be down on all fours in a split second.

That's good; Dante put an astonishing amount of wit and thought into those references. Is it an annotated version? It should simplify things somewhat.

Yeah, the Henry Wadsworth Longfellow version. Picked it mostly because it contains artwork from Doré. I love Doré his work.
