Aurani, do you have any wine recommendations for someone who does not really like wine but wants to acquire some form of taste for it?

Tupsu, there's a good reason we flee from the abhorent site known as osu! OT. I do not wish for you to go there. Though, it is more light-hearted I suppose. Stuff gets more personal here, which can get heated at times, but that's also because it isn't as active, making everyones posts feel more direct. Problem I mostly have with current osu! OT though is that it's filled with absolute garbage threads 99% of the time. I'd rather quickly shift through some crappy posts here than having to shift through countless threads that are all unfunny one-liners which are mostly inside jokes as well.

To stay a bit on topic though, I myself bought Fable Anniversary on steam sale. 85% off, so why not. Hoping to relive some nostalgic moments. I also bought an xbox controller + receiver for the PC. Mouse & keyboard feel clunky at times with certain games, so hopefully a more casual approach will make it all more fun.

Let's see, as you didn't specify which kind of wine we're talking about here, I'll just start with the white variant:

A really beginner-friendly wine would be the Ca' Vescovo pinot grigio from the Zonin family winery. It's exactly what you'd expect it to be - a standard wine from the pinot gris grape, and drinking it should feel easy on your throat, be refreshing and leave a apple/citrus kind of aftertaste.
It's just a beginner wine, though, as it leaves far too much to be desired, but as it stands it definitely has my vote on the white wine I'd give someone to drink for the first time.

Just a little note - if you're interested in buying it, I urge you to find a 2012. bottle and not a 2014/2015. one, as 2012. was an incredibly good year and it WILL make a difference in terms of taste, trust me.

As for red wine, my vote goes to Romaeus Rosso, a wine so easy and forgiving I consider it representative of everything red. It has an incredibly light texture and is thus perfect for roasts and other heavy food, where it'll compliment the taste and not hinder it or mix with it.
Now, there is one thing to note - the wine has a sharp finish, meaning there basically won't be much of an aftertaste, so any beginner who wants to experience more "exotic" kinds of flavours won't like it at all. It's exactly why I rate it as a good starter wine and not a fine, casually drinkable wine.

I have no idea where it sells outside Europe and the last time I drank it was back a few years ago, so any kind of info on acquiring one that I'd write here would be me pulling it out of my arse.

Anyways, why are both the wines I chose Italian? Why not murrican or Hell, French? Frenchies are supposed to produce extreme quality wine!
Well, there's a reason I won't recommend anyone who is just beginning their wine journey a wine from France. Their wine both white and red, tends to never fall under the category of "standard", unless we're talking about extreme cheapo wines (and I won't talk about those disgusting excuses for a drink), so basically any type of French wine that you drink will be different, with drastically varying notes and layers of flavour, AND to top it off, my personal number one reason being the dreaded Sauvignon Rouge, or better known as Cabernet Sauvignon - the world's most famous grape variant.
Cabernet Sauvignon tends to be full of tannins, which basically means acidity being over 9000. Now, that would be completely fine if it wasn't for the fact that tannins contribute to the aging of wine and thus indirectly contribute to the primary taste of wine (the thing you feel when you first take a sip, before swallowing), so getting a wine from the Bordeaux region where Cabernet Sauvignon thrives is like buying a lottery ticket - you never know what the fuck you're going to end up with.
If it absolutely has to be French, at least go with Merlot - more beginner friendly.

The first few months of me posting in OT made me fucking shit inside. Maybe I was insecure by the fact that you guys are just plain better than me or anything. No one liked me at that point and I got the shitposter treatment where nobody takes everything I say seriously

I felt like I wasn't even part of the shitfest that is OT. I didn't get the jokes, but I tried having fun, but again, I got the shitposter treatment. I got into the point that I was so frustrated, I ended up taking a break over OT

I was trying way too hard to fit in the nonexistent puzzle piece. I felt like I've never been alienated all along. Maybe it's because I'm just really bad at posting that no one really takes their time to read through everything I write. Maybe it's because my reputation of being an ass cancer at the old OT is just way too much for you guys to handle and instead and you dismiss everything I say as shitpost or just completely ignore me

I feel alienated, not because I'm not getting enough attention. I feel alienated because I feel my topic starting efforts are just nothing but mere shitposts to you guys. I feel like everything I write is just plain irrelevant to the topic. It's just unfair that you cannot change on the eyes of others, just because you tumbled in my face for the first time. I cleaned up and got myself back up and yet you see me guys as that guy that person that has balance issues. It's just unfair to me because I end up getting alienated on discussions that I really want to get in and learn.

I feel like this post is just going to be disregarded in every form possible. I feel that you guys wont bother noticing anything. I feel shit inside and I blame myself for taking time talking with a bunch of cheetahs. I'm sorry

@tupsu I think a small post like that is fine to make. In case you're going in-depth with your game, then sure, an own topic would be better. But I was mostly pointing out my nostalgia there. Who knows, maybe somebody else has the same love for Fable I do. Except for Fable 3. Fuck Fable 3.
