I drink about 2.5 liters 1.5% fat milk a day. I usually drink 2-3 glasses for every meal and a 1.5 liters carton while playing videogames. I'm still breathing so it doesn't seem lethal at least.

I barely drink milk and I have quite enough calcium (according to my blood test results), if you need so much milk for calcium something must be fucked up lol

not to mention 3 glasses a day isn't nearly as much as 1-2liters, that's insane

yeah i'm currently taking both coffee and sweets in moderation right now due to high sugar rates

there are more and more things being veganised (?) so it's not only tofu and stuff, I considered doing that too because milk products fuck me up fam

that's a lie, teaching never has interesting stories
my mum's been teaching for basically 15 years and the most 'interesting' stories she probably has is when her class of 15-16 year olds went on a trip to sweden and on the boat got old drunk swedish men to buy drinks for them, and then the old drunk swedish men felt cheated out and started banging on their door and she had to send them away
or when her other class of 15-16 year olds went on a trip and a guy won booze in the lottery and ofc she confiscated it and gave it to his parents

apparently boats to sweden are bad for middle school students who knew
