Its about a rich, young girl that feels like she is not getting enough attention/not loved by her family so she fakes her getting kidnapped. But then things go awry.

there should be separate leaderboards listed where everyone with reds doesn't count

First one starts of mostly as an ecchi school life harem but slowly turns into a shounen fighting manga with power levels and everything. The ecchi part never goes away tho.
Second one is just badass fighting against monsters.
Last one is following the life of a cyborg girl as she's trying to figure out her past.

wasnt it 50%? A good detterence might be a compounding multiplier to that penalty, per post deleted. 
Watch repeat offender's points reach the negatives.
Or maybe, rather than a flat point decrease of your existing points, all your points are only half as much worth?

When you delete a post it multiplies your existing score with .75. It's impossible to go to negatives. Also all points gained after that will be gained normally.
Let's say I posted there for the first time and got 100pts and deleted that post. Later I get two other posts worth of 100pts and wont delete them. My total points would be 275 and points per post would be 137,5. I would be in red but difference with those who aren't isn't that big.
