In case you're confused, SaygonAlice, TB stands for TeraByte, an unit measure that equals slightly more than 1000 GigaBytes. Commonly used in high-end PCs due to the vast amount of space most modern games require. *Cough* *No Man's Sky*

Steam is just as bad of a always online DRM. Origin even has superior customer service, something that Steam barely has.

Funnily enough, I only once needed Steam support and they answered within an hour AND solved the problem instantly, so from my perspective Steam has never had a problem on my PC. I don't really care if some 10-year old tries to plug his dick into his GPU and then spams customer service thinking it's Steam's fault.
As for Origin, I never tried it so I can't really say anything good or bad about it, as I never really needed any of their products.

I had an issue with my account earlier today and it took 2 hours to fix, when I had a pounding headache and was barely coherent, but the staff on the live chat were super helpful and straightforward.
Meanwhile, about 10 months ago or something, I sent a bug report of a small anomaly on the activity feed, and forgot about it. It took them a full month just to tell me they'd seen my ticket. Also, that bug still exists.
When you look past the Circlejerking, Valve is actually a pretty shitty company, and they're only popular because of their market share and lack of competition. Origin and Uplay are constantly improving, and this is a very good thing, hopefully it will force valve to finally up their shitty game.

Well you answered it there. Valve never had a competitor before, but if Origin/Uplay are really improving on a daily basis, Valve is either going to stay on top of the game or is going to sink like a stone. In any case, having more companies vying for control of the market only means good for the consumer.
