i still havent gotten around to complaining to my ISP about my hugely asymmetrical connection that is advertised as symmetrical

also if you have genuine interest in any type of tracker, again, ask around. people have invites.

these are reasonable changes and I do not understand why people are mad (aside from the fact that they can't abuse regional pricing for cheaper games anymore)
in general reading internet comments is a pretty bad way of creating an opinion

I started out on JPS with a 512 kbit/s upload speed, you survive on bonus points, which you get by seeding. I never have to seed because I constantly seeded so many torrents for so long that I can afford many terabytes of buffer with them.

you dont have to seed fast, just for a long time, if there is a bonus system

also, if you're interested in jpopsuki/animebytes (CH/KR/JP-music and anime/manga/ero/JP-music) I/others can surely gift you enough bonus points to give you decent upload credit that'll last you some time
