So since forum mafia has seen a significant decrease in activity, I'd like to suggest a faster tempo mafia game:

It was already discounted during the halloween sale and I have few people interested in this already, just lacking players. So if this piece of interactive mafia goes cheap during the christmas sale, how about we play it and satisfy our backstabbing needs in speculative simulations?

I really like forum mafia, but the only issue is basically the tempo of it and since my situation changes so much, I don't think I'll ever be able to really attend a mafia that lasts for weeks

might as well go town of salem, it's cheaper/free if you don't mind playing in browser

There's also the fact that it works on GNU+Memex, so our resident hippie can play it too.

Otherwise I'd be down for either one, Town of Salem has a lower barrier of entry for players though.

Ah dang, I was way too busy during the christmas + after new years that I barely was on my computer.
When the next sale hits and if I happen to have some extra DOSH I can buy this for the fellow poor people
