I also probably have the seasonal depression and there's a light at work but I haven't bothered to go and try it yet, so instead I just go to shopping malls and supermarkets because they have bright lights
it kinda works but then I buy stuff

I tried the light at work when we were in the middle of our biggest ddos in years and it was very nice, can recommend
I also got some ebin more bright light for my room so now I feel less shit when in my room doing stuff, it's nice
happy holidays, I hope everyone is having fun to at least some extent, I did not enjoy the Christmas days because I want to be home but I guess this is fine

also tupsu, i'm so happy you got the light, it really is life changing tbh. i've been feeling like i can wake up on time and not feel groggy anymore. they also have the ones that simulate sunrise and sunset (the one i have). i have to use that one bc my knee injury doesn't let me go outside much.

yeah I just got an Ikea smart light for now, but apparently if I get some kind of smart home device to manage it it can be set to simulate sunrise and sunset and that sounds *really good*
